Refund policy

- We do not issue refunds; we will gladly exchange the item for a different one.

- Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees; original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please write us at info@armystorepr.com.

- Please be aware that we inspect returned items and reserve all rights to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

- Items that have been personalized or customized in any way are not eligible for return, unless an error has been made in the customization process. All embroidery is sewn exactly as requested when the order is placed.
